About the event

Graze - A Seasonal Brunch Series with Baker/Chef Erica Davie (Bandit Savory & Sweet) & Chef Rachael Patton (Food is Love, Love is Food)

Graze: To feed on land covered by grass. To touch something in passing. To eat small amounts of food over a longer period of time.

Join us for a unique food experience in celebration of Summer's Bounty. You will be sitting with others from our sweet community and our seasonal, 4 course menu will be served "family style" with suggested servings to help you along. Lovely tunes will be provided by Katie Belknap (Ponies of Harmony) whose voice is like a nostalgic Summer poem. We cannot wait to share this time with you!

Please read all of the information below before reserving.

Our first brunch was a huge success, and we anticipate this one will fill up quickly, so reserve your spot soon!

The meal will be served in 4 courses.

A seasonal menu will be posted and sent out soon. Menu includes meat, dairy, and gluten. We serve the courses in a way that is vegetarian friendly, but gluten free and vegan folks may want to pass on this experience. (We will be hosting a vegan brunch later in the season. Stay tuned!)

COURSE 1

HOUSE MADE DAIRY, GRANOLA, FRUIT COMPOTE

COURSE 2

ARUGULA TOSSED IN CITRUS & OLIVE OIL

Donation (Please bring your cash donation to the farm. Do not donate through the Sanctuary): $55 - includes meal & tea/coffee.

Other tasty beverages will be available for purchase. This is a private, cash only event and reservations are required.

Because we are cash only, and no deposit is taken, please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel.

It would really help us to have at least a week's notice, so we can open up your seat for someone else.

It is best to reserve your entire party size under one name if you are hoping to sit together.

Tables fit no more than 8 people. Parties of less than 8 will be sharing a table with others from the community. We think this is exciting and allows you to get to know others.

Please arrive on time, or even 10-15 minutes early.

Please note that seating is first come, first served basis. The farm is lovely and you are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early, grab your seat, and roam around.

With any party number sitting together is not guarenteed if you arrive late. Thank you for understanding.

Why is this:

Because we are at a farm and bring everything with us for the brunch, everything is planned down to the detail. Each table is set for 8 people only. Everything is planned around the 8 per table numbers for "family style" serving and ultimate guest experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope sitting with other community members is exciting and inspiring to you if for some reason your party is split up.

Please come prepared for your comfort. Sitting outside at picnic tables at a farm in Humboldt is both beautiful and sometimes unpredictable. Things to bring: sunscreen, sunhat, sunglasses, and a light jacket or blanket if it's foggy.

Other things to bring: your favorite coffee mug, cash for payment/tips/special drinks, and a desire to get to know your community.

Parking is in the lot by the church, which is a short walk from the farm. If you have someone in your party who may need closer parking, please contact banditsavoryandsweet@gmail.com. There are 3 parking spots reserved directly at the farm for folks who need it.

Series Dates: June 22nd, July 20th, August 24th, September 21st, October 19th.

We cannot thank Redwood Roots Farm Cooperative enough for having us! They bring so much love to our community.
